Mode of Acceptance of Investment from Unitholders
Investment can be accepted in any of the following mode:-
1) Cheque
- For investment into funds, UTCs should advise clients to issue cheques made payable to “Public Mutual Berhad” (with the NRIC number of firstholder stated for initial investments and the clients’ account number of targeted fund for additional investments).
Example:
For Initial Investments
Public Mutual Berhad (IC: 600303-03-5333)
For Additional Investments
Public Mutual Berhad (A/C: 01234567-8)
2) Bank Draft
- The mode of issuance is similar to cheques.
3) Public Mutual Online Services
- Existing unitholders can make investment via Public Mutual Online:
i) Initial Investments into a new fund account.
ii) Additional Investments into an existing account.
All UTCs are required to adhere strictly to the above.
